SMS Consent — Important Notice

5. FMCSA Regulatory Compliance

As a driver recruiting firm, we operate in compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. Information collected in our driver employment application is used to fulfill the requirements of 49 CFR Part 391 (Qualifications of Drivers) and 49 CFR Part 382 (Controlled Substances and Alcohol Use and Testing). By submitting your application, you authorize us and our carrier partners to investigate your safety performance history as required under applicable FMCSA regulations.

Former employers are required by 49 CFR §391.23 to respond to safety performance history inquiries. You have the right to review information provided by former employers and to submit a rebuttal if you believe any information is inaccurate.

We retain driver application records for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of application, or longer if required by applicable law or regulation. Driver qualification files for placed drivers are retained in accordance with FMCSA requirements (generally three years after the driver leaves employment). Records related to drug and alcohol testing are retained for five (5) years as required by 49 CFR Part 382.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
